We do not guarantee the execution, confirmation, finality, or success of any transaction. Blockchain and digital asset transactions are irreversible and subject to third-party networks beyond our control. You acknowledge that your use of the Services is at your own risk.
The Services are provided for technical and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Services constitutes legal, financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether the Services are suitable for your purposes.
You agree that you will use the Services only for lawful purposes, safeguard your credentials, devices, and access keys, verify all transaction details before submitting any transfer, and bear full responsibility for all actions taken through your account or wallet. You acknowledge that loss of private keys, credentials, or access information may result in permanent loss of assets, and we have no ability to recover them.
You must not use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes; attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Services; circumvent security measures or access controls; impersonate another person or entity; upload or transmit malicious code; or use the Services in a manner that may disrupt or damage our systems or third-party networks. You acknowledge and agree that digital assets are subject to high volatility and technical risks; blockchain networks may experience delays, congestion, forks, failures, or attacks; and we do not control underlying blockchain protocols or third-party infrastructure. We are not responsible for losses resulting from network failures or protocol changes, incorrect addresses or transaction parameters provided by you, or third-party actions or omissions.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Privacy Policy regarding personal data, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, and content, belong to the Company or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely in accordance with this Agreement. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, suspend or restrict your access to the Services or terminate this Agreement if we reasonably believe that you have violated this Agreement, your use poses security, legal, or operational risks, or we are required to do so by law or regulation. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Services.

We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or availability, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, digital assets, or business opportunities.
